Our Custom Design Process
1. Research
The client will gather any visuals that inspire them. Existing Jewelry or designs that they would like to use in the new piece.
2. Consultation
We will discuss your ideas, wants and needs. A timeline and potential budget is set. This free consultation can be in person or over the phone.
3. Approval
Within a week of our consultation I will provide you with some visuals and quotes. Materials may be sourced and viewed. Once approved a deposit is required before production can begin. Custom work typically takes 2-4 weeks.
4. Production
A wax model will be made and any changes if need be, once the final design is approved. Production begins, waxes are casted into metal, stones are set and piece is finished to perfection.
5. Reveal
Your custom Jewelry is finished and ready to be picked up or shipped out. Final payment is due upon pick-up.

The Production Process
-
Sketch
Visuals are gathered and ideas are sketched. This is a rough draft and is used a base for our CAD design.
-
CAD Design
Once we have sketched a rough design our design team will begin creating a CAD design.
-
Wax
Once a CAD Design is finalized, and wax model is printed, the wax model will be casted into the desired material (Gold, Platinum, or Silver).
-
Casting
During this process the wax model is put into an oven and a mold is made from investment. Metal is then poured into that mold to create a casted piece.
-
Clean & Pre-Polish
Once the casting is ready, the rough piece is tumbled and cleaned. The piece is then polished before setting and final polish.
-
Setting
The piece is then set with diamonds or other gemstones. Once stones are secured, the piece can then move onto the final step.
-
Polish
The piece then undergoes the final polish or desired finish depending on the client’s specifications.
-
Delivery
Finally the piece is inspected and ready to be delivered!
